The Yellow Submarine
First off, I finally got my camera back! Yay! I didn’t realize how spoiled I was to have such great photos until I didn’t have my camera for a week.
Second off, Kim Kardashian’s wedding?! I die. Mine will probably never amount to hers but she looked gorgeous and I couldn’t help but wonder if I can pull off a diamond (rhinestones in my case) headband?
Anyways, Richard and I were craving some sandwiches and I craved submarine sandwiches in particular.
I used to come here all the time when I was younger and always ordered the same thing:
A center hot pastrami with jalapeno chips.
This baby is toasted with the mayo, pastrami and cheese so the bread comes out toasted and chewy, the cheese is ooey gooey and the pastrami so hot that it burns your mouth.
Well it’s not that hot, it’s more lukewarm.
Submarine actually uses their own italian dressing on all their sandwiches and it MAKES the sandwich. Richard still prefers Little Luccas over Submarine but I love both so much!

Whoop to having the camera back. Those jalapeno chips are the best
omgosh that looks SO GOOD!! sub sammie on dutch crunch!!! you know what is so funny i’ve found that only sammies from the bay area has dutch crunch.. i didn’t know about dutch crunch until i moved to the bay.. and i tried to order it at a sandwich place here in S.A. recently and they looked at me like i was crazy
i love jalepeno kettle chips too!!!
dutch crunch is crack!
I love pastrami sandwiches and that one looks like a winner!
I checked out the bridal gown post – I would have a tough time choosing – all of them are beautiful.
That sounds so phenomenal right now, Annie. You have no idea.

i think it’s always a battle between mustard and mayo.
